Excellent staff, it was peaceful stay.
I stayed here 1 night and enjoyed it. The room was well-maintained with balcony, bubble bath plus single bed, had a good night's sleep. The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent - just 5 minutes' walk from an art museum.

A good value, mid-range, city hotel. Nothing special in terms of design etc but very clean, new, modern and good facilities for a place of this type. Staff were lovely and all very efficient. Location is excellent, right in the pedestrian area of the city centre so really good for seeing the city, eating etc. Also - a realaly, really nice breakfast, simple but much better than lots of places like this.
Parking was a bit difficult - hard to find a space during the busy working day in the public car park. But there are lots of alternative parking areas just a little further to walk!

A big room, and a good breakfeast, but......
The location was very much a disappointment. I had expected a nice, quite location, but in fact the hotel is at a crossroads, with traffic starting quite early. In fact there are two highways very near, though you do not hear them in your room.

The hotel had a quaint and charming decor that reminded me of my grandmother's house. The beautiful vintage furniture and cozy sitting areas made me feel right at home. The general areas were also easily accessible for senior people like me, with well-maintained ramps and spacious hallways that were easy to navigate.
I would have loved to have more assistance from the children working there. A little extra help with my luggage or offering to carry my bags would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.

The room at Uno Hotel Posthof Saarlouis was super cozy and felt like a home away from home. The comfortable bed and relaxing ambiance made for a perfect night's sleep. Plus, having a tea/coffee maker in the room was a bonus for a caffeine addict like me!
Although the room was great, personally, I wasn't a big fan of the tile/marble floor. But hey, that's just my preference, and I'm sure some people would appreciate the sleekness it adds to the room.

The receptionist went above and beyond by staying late to accommodate our late arrival. The rooms were clean and tidy, and breakfast had a great variety of options. The location was convenient, close to the town square. The modern RFID card system for room access was a convenient touch. Staff was super friendly and helpful.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the cozy atmosphere at the hotel. the room was well-maintained and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and dining options. the hotel provided a delicious breakfast spread, offering a great start to the day.
. The room lacked proper curtains, which made it difficult to sleep with the sunlight streaming in.
